Hypnosis is a very powerful therapeutic tool for accessing a persons subconscious mind. Thus achieving personal goals or affecting  desired changes. It may used alone or in conjunction with other techniques.

There are many misconceptions about hypnosis often caused by television shows where stage hypnosis is performed. These misconceptions prevent many people, who could benefit, from even trying it.

Hypnosis is not sleep, or magic. It is a heightened state of awareness. . In most cases the client is fully aware and able to fully respond to requests either verbally or by signal.

THERE IS NO SURRENDER OF CONTROL.

YOU CANNOT BE HYPNOTISED AGAINST
YOUR WILL.

However we look at hypnosis, it simply is a way of communicating with the subconscious mind directly.
Many people do not realise the power that the subconscious mind has over our lives. The cause of many "habits" are rooted in memories and perceptions that may have been forgotten by the conscious mind, but retained in the subconscious. through the help of the therapist, it is possible to access the subconscious directly and change unwanted behaviour more quickly and easily than many would think.

On the right are some of the many conditions that can be helped with hypnosis. This list is not endless and it is important to remember that some of the conditions may require additional or alternative treatments to achieve succesful results long term.
This would be discussed at the first consultatation.
